Dave Powers, Qualifying Broker, REALTOR, Military Relocation Professional (MRP), is the Founder and owner of Powers Realty Group LLC a boutique full service real estate brokerage located in downtown Dothan’s Mural City historical district. Powers Realty Group LLC is a faith based real estate brokerage business that strives to provide the highest moral character, innovative technologies, and dedication to their clients in the South Alabama Wiregrass.

Dave is a retired U.S. Army Special Forces, “Green Beret” decorated combat veteran and former sworn federal agent who has served our great Nation for over 25 plus years in the uniformed services and federal law enforcement communities. He has over fifteen years of senior executive service in business development and program management leadership positions in the Public Sector and Defense and Space industries. Dave serves on several advisory boards in the Defense and Space Industry and faith based non-profit boards serving disabled veterans, developmentally disabled persons, and first responders in the State of Alabama. Dave holds a B.S. Degree in Marketing and Finance and is a multi- million dollar sales production leader and REALTOR with over 15 years licensed experience in multiple states.

He currently is licensed in the State of Alabama and the Florida Panhandle serving the South Alabama Wiregrass and beautiful beaches of Panama City Beach, and 30A beaches on Florida’s Emerald Coast. He is married with six adult children, multiple dogs, is an avid outdoorsman, BBQ pitmaster, SEC football fan, member of Headland Methodist Church, and resides with his wife in Headland, Alabama.
